I am not a task executor waiting for a list. I look at what is actually draining you, and I build the documentation that makes the handoff stick, so the work stops living in your head.

About 

I got here by way of the theatre.

I spent fifteen years in stage management and live production, where a missed cue or a gap in the plan was not a private mistake, it was a public failure in front of a full house. That work taught me to think several steps ahead, to hold a lot of moving pieces at once, and to stay steady when something goes wrong ten minutes before the doors open.

From there I moved into venue and event management, where I built a rental department from the ground up and ran a high volume of events across corporate, nonprofit, and donor work. What I learned there was that underneath all the logistics, what people actually want is someone they can hand something to and stop worrying about.

That is the work I do now, and I am comfortable learning new tools and adapting to how you already work, because every business runs differently and figuring that out is part of what makes it interesting.
