I’m a Louisville, KY-based event planner and business operations partner with 15 years of senior-level experience, and I got here by way of the theatre.

My professional foundation is in live event production and stage management, where a missed cue or a logistics gap wasn’t just a problem, it was a very public failure in front of a full house. That environment taught me how to stay calm under pressure, think ten steps ahead, and build systems that hold even when everything around them is moving fast. It also taught me that the best work happens when everyone on the team feels supported and knows exactly what they’re doing.

From there I moved into venue and events management, where I built a rental department from scratch and managed high volumes of events annually across corporate, nonprofit, wedding, and donor categories. I learned how to work with all kinds of clients, all kinds of visions, and all kinds of budgets, and I learned that the thing people really want, underneath all the logistics and the spreadsheets and the timelines, is someone they can trust.
