There's a moment at every event that I live for.
It's when the doors open and people walk in and start looking around and you can see it on their faces, that shift from anticipation to enjoyment. Whether they're there to raise funds for a cause they believe in or celebrate a year of hard work, watching people genuinely enjoy something you helped build never gets old for me. That's why I do this work.
I'm Abigail Tomlin, and I help businesses and organizations plan and execute their events so that moment actually happens the way you imagined it.
I've spent 15 years making complex events actually work, starting in theatre and live event production, where a missed cue or a logistics gap wasn't just a problem, it was a public failure. From there I moved into venue and events management, where I built a rental department from scratch and managed 65+ events annually in a high stakes, high visibility environment. I learned how to stay calm under pressure, think ahead, and solve problems before they become crises.
That's what I bring to every client I work with.
I'm not reactive. I don't wait to be told what needs attention. I'm already thinking three steps ahead so you don't have to, and I show up to every event as a true partner, not just someone checking boxes.
I lead with care and follow through with precision. My clients tell me they feel less overwhelmed, more confident, and like someone is finally in their corner handling the details they've been losing sleep over.
I'm also just a real person. When I'm not working I'm reading historical fiction or fantasy, watching live theater, listening to podcasts, and spending time with my husband, my three year old, and the friends and family who keep me grounded.
I built this business because I wanted work that fits my life, and I help my clients put on events that fit theirs.
