This is for you if you've already started planning but things have gotten complicated, or you need someone to take the vendor coordination and operational details off your plate as you get closer 

to your event date. 

We'll pick up wherever you are, assess what's been done, fill the gaps, and make sure everything is organized and moving in the right direction. There are fewer meetings than full planning, but the same level of care and follow through.

This service is ideal for clients who have made a solid start but need an experienced partner to carry it across the finish line.

This is really week of or month of coordination depending on the size and scope of your event, because showing up the day of without proper preparation isn't coordination, 

it's hoping for the best. 

In the weeks leading up to your event I connect with your vendors, confirm every detail, and build a timeline that accounts for everything. On the day itself I am the first one there and the last one out, making sure every moving part stays on track so you can be present with your guests instead of managing logistics.

This service is ideal for clients who have handled their own planning but need an experienced professional to execute it well on the day.

Sponsorships can be one of the most valuable and most avoided parts of event planning, and most organizations leave money on the table simply because the outreach feels overwhelming or the ask feels uncomfortable. 

I handle the entire process from start to finish. We start with a meeting to define your sponsorship levels and what you're offering in return, then I go out and do the asking on your behalf, following up with both your sponsors and your organization to make sure every promise is kept on both sides. 

You focus on your event. I'll find the people who want to support it.
