EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION
EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION
A good event doesn't happen by accident. It happens because someone spent weeks thinking through every detail, building a plan that accounts for what could go wrong, and showing up on the day ready to make it look effortless. That's what I do.
I've coordinated and produced hundreds of events — corporate gatherings, nonprofit galas, donor receptions, community experiences, and large-scale venue rentals — and I've been in the room when things went sideways, which means I know how to course-correct without anyone in the audience ever knowing. I understand events from every angle: the client experience, the vendor relationships, the budget realities, and the internal coordination that makes all of it hold together.
SERVICES & PRICING
Every event is different, so every engagement is scoped individually. The prices below are starting points — your final investment will depend on event size, scope, and timeline.
Full Planning – starting at $6,000
You have a vision and a date, and you need someone to handle everything in between. I work with you from the very beginning, managing vendors, logistics, timelines, and every detail so you can show up on the day as the host, not the coordinator.
Partial Planning – starting at $3,500
You’ve got a solid start but need an experienced partner to take over and carry it across the finish line. I step in where you are, assess what’s done and what’s needed, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Day-of Coordination – starting at $1,500
You’ve planned the whole thing and just need someone steady and experienced in the room to execute it. I manage the day from start to finish so you can actually be present for it.
Done-For-You Sponsorship Outreach - starting at $1,500
You need sponsors but don’t have the time or the systems to pursue them properly. I build your prospect list, craft your outreach, and manage the process so you can focus on the event itself.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
From the first call to the final wrap, I'm a consistent presence. I keep you informed without overwhelming you, I handle the vendor conversations you don't want to have, and I build the documentation that keeps everyone on the same page — run-of-shows, timelines, contact sheets, and whatever else your event needs to run cleanly.
On the day of your event, my job is to be the person who knows everything so you don't have to hold any of it. You should be able to be present, talk to your guests, and trust that every detail is covered.
LET'S TALK
If you have an event coming up and you're ready to hand off the details to someone who will take care of them the way you would, I'd love to hear about it.
