Because this is a flexible retainer, the scope adjusts to what you actually need. Here's what that typically looks like:

• Project management setup and organization (Asana, Notion, and similar tools)

HOW THE RETAINER WORKS
This is an hour-bank retainer, which means you purchase a set number of hours per month and draw from that bank as needs come up. Unused hours don't roll over, so there's a natural incentive to stay in motion together. Each month we'll check in on where your hours are going and make sure the work is moving the needle on the things that matter.
5 hrs/month - $225/month
Great for one focused project or ongoing light support
10 hrs/month - $450/month
A consistent weekly presence in your business
20 hours/month - $900/month
Deep, ongoing partnership across multiple areas
All tiers are billed at $45/hour. The Partner tier includes a small volume discount at $900 flat for 20 hours.

I stage managed live theatre productions with large crews and precise technical cues, built a rental department from the ground up, and have spent years creating the systems and documentation that make complex operations run smoothly.
That skill set translates directly to the backend of a small business. I know how to take something that feels chaotic and make it feel manageable, and I know how to build things that will hold up after I'm done building them.
