Because this is a flexible retainer, the scope adjusts to what you actually need. Here's what that typically looks like:

•        Building or cleaning up SOPs and internal documentation

•        Spreadsheet and tracker builds — budgets, logs, schedules, whatever you've been putting off

•        Email and inbox management

•        Project management setup and organization (Asana, Notion, and similar tools)

•        Vendor and logistics coordination support

•        Run-of-show and event documentation for event-based businesses

If what you need isn't on that list, bring it anyway. The work I do best is the work that doesn't fit neatly into a job description.

This is an hour-bank retainer, which means you purchase a set number of hours per month and draw from that bank as needs come up. Unused hours don't roll over, so there's a natural incentive to stay in motion together. Each month we'll check in on where your hours are going and make sure the work is moving the needle on the things that matter.

All tiers are billed at $45/hour. The Partner tier includes a small volume discount at $900 flat for 20 hours.

My background is in event production and operations management — two disciplines where nothing can fall through the cracks and every stakeholder, vendor, and timeline has to be tracked simultaneously. I stage managed live theatre productions with large crews and precise technical cues, built a rental department from the ground up, and have spent years creating the systems and documentation that make complex operations run smoothly.

That skill set translates directly to the backend of a small business. I know how to take something that feels chaotic and make it feel manageable, and I know how to build things that will hold up after I'm done building them.

This retainer is a good fit if you're a solo operator or small team who has hit the ceiling of what you can manage yourself, and you're ready to hand some of it off. It works especially well for event professionals and small business owners who need someone who already understands how operational work actually functions, not someone who needs to be trained from scratch.

It's not a good fit if you're looking for someone to make strategic business decisions for you, or if your needs are better served by a full-time hire. I'll tell you honestly if I think we're not the right match.
